    By filling out and sending this form you are accepting the Code of Conduct and the Statement of Consent to CCS for the provision and processing of personal data for the purpose of registration and participation in this conference. Your data that you have submitted to us will remain stored with us until you revoke it or until it is necessary for a purpose that depends on the nature of the business relationship in which we are. We will not pass your data on without your consent, and we will obligatorily comply with the legal provisions, especially the deadlines for storing personal data.
